Consumers may request a return within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return the complete robot, accessories and documentation, securely packed. Reasonable inspection is allowed; excessive use, modifications or damage may reduce the refund, subject to statutory rights.

Cancel a pre-order before dispatch for a full refund, including delivery paid. Accessory packs may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days; faulty products retain their statutory protections. Business returns are assessed individually.

Email us with your order number, product, contact details and photographs of the item and packaging. We arrange a prepaid return label and give you the return address; return shipping is free. Do not send goods to the manufacturer or our registered address without return instructions.

After receipt and inspection, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. Outbound shipping reimbursement is limited to standard shipping cost. A 12-month commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects; misuse, accidents, unauthorised changes and normal wear are excluded. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
