Microduck is offered for pre-order. The initial manufacturer delivery target is before Christmas 2026; your dispatch estimate is confirmed for your order. Dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Transit after dispatch is typically 3–8 business days; customs and carrier delays may extend this.

Shipping availability, origin, carrier and cost depend on the destination and order. Contact us before payment for a delivery quote, including orders of 10 or more units. The current checkout charges for products only: delivery and applicable import charges are agreed separately. No automatic tax or duty calculation is provided by this checkout.

We provide tracking information when your shipment is dispatched. If packaging is damaged, record this with the carrier, take photographs and contact us within 15 days. Report missing shipments with the order number so we can investigate. This reporting window does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
